We would suggest you put your trashcan out the night before.

Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee plays vital role in maintaining the aesthetics and property values in our association. Many HOAs have architectural restrictions which help maintain a pleasing and uniform aesthetic or prevent owners from allowing their homes to deteriorate.

The authority of our architectural committee to review plans prior to construction can be found in your CCRs and bylaws found on the archived documents page of this website. Before you attempt any project which will impact the exterior of your home including landscaping, building a pool, installing a fence, etc. you need to contact the architectural committee for approval. If approval is not needing, you will be instructed to move ahead with your project.

The architectural committee can be reached via the requests page in the CR HOA homeowner portal or use the CONTACT US page.

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee's focus is to identify candidates for various neighborhood committees and board.

Social Committee
The social committee plans events, parties, and get togethers which are open to all association members. They plan the annual Halloween and Christmas parties along with other events throughout the year.
