POOL IS CLOSED FOR 2025
​Pool & Club House - For Use By Phase 1 Homeowners & Guests Only

Request a pool key via the Pool Key Request form here: https://app.payhoa.com/app/forms
  • ​Pool & club house facilities cannot be reserved
  • Pool hours - daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Adult Swim hours daily 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily
    • Homeowners only, 18 years and older​
  • Pool treatment is every Monday
    • ​Please avoid swimming until after 11:00AM
  • A pool gate key is required for entry​
    • All persons using pool must have key with them
    • Please report trespassers to the HOA Board and/or Bixby police
    • Pool opening/closing is not set
      • ​Opening around Memorial day
      • Closing after Labor day
      • Dates subject to change
  • Children under 14 must be supervised
    • ​Supervision must be by someone 16 or older
  • Please lock the pool gate if you are last to leave
  • Do not enter the pool if you feel ill or have had a fever in the past 24 hours.
  • Limit your time in the pool to avoid overcrowding
  • ​No smoking or vaping in pool or deck area
  • Running, glassware and diving are prohibited
  • ​Be sanitary and utilize the Pool Restrooms
  • No lifeguard is on duty, swim at your own risk
  • Surveillance cameras are turned on at 9:00 p.m.
    • For safety and and protection of property
    • Pool hour violators will be asked to leave.
​Basketball & Pickleball
The CR HOA basketball goal is located North of the pool parking lot.
A pickleball court is marked on the pool parking area - portable net is stored at the pool clubhouse when not in use.

​When parking at the pool parking lot, please leave space around the basketball goal if possible. 

Overnight and long term parking is not permitted in the pool parking lot.  Violators are subject to being towed at their expense.  Signs were placed at the clubhouse parking lot on 4/22/2025 to notify of this policy.
