Chisholm Ranch homes fall under the jurisdiction of Bixby School District. Bixby remains one of the fastest growing communities in Oklahoma while managing to maintain its small-town feel.
While there is no official Facebook page run by the HOA, feel free to join the Nextdoor app and one of the Chisholm Ranch Bixby Facebook groups to connect with your neighbors and get information about events occurring in the neighborhood.
For information about the CR HOA pool - visit the AMENITIES page. PLEASE NOTE, HOA BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED ON PAYHOA.COM - requests submitted to any Facebook page may not be seen by the board of directors.
Chisholm Ranch HOA is governed by bylaws and covenants. CR HOA covenants and bylaws are available on the CR HOA homeowner portal. In an effort to keep the neighborhood looking in tip top shape and to make sure no one builds a moat as a fence, you should review the covenants and by laws prior to any construction. The process for home improvements is pretty painless. Please draw up or write out your plans then use the CR HOA homeowner portal to submit your plans to the architectural committee for approval. Once you receive approval, you can commence work on your home beautification project.

Pool is closed for 2025 CONSIDER RUNNING FOR THE BOARD Each May, the Chisholm Ranch HOA elects board members to run our HOA. The addition of new ideas and approaches is vital both to providing a fresh look at how we manage our HOA and to allow board members who have served multiple terms an opportunity to move on. If you are willing to serve, please contact the board about your interest by using the "General Request" service on PayHOA or by emailing [email protected] Volunteers needed Chisholm Ranch Phase 1 HOA is looking for volunteers to join our Beautification Committee and help bring some seasonal charm back to our neighborhood. Each fall, this committee works hand-in-hand with the Social Committee to decorate for Halloween and Thanksgiving—and we’d love to see those festive touches return this year! To get started, we need someone to step up as committee chair, along with any volunteers they’d like to recruit (NHS students are always welcome!). Typical duties include: • 🌸 Planning or coordinating flowers at the pool and entrances • 🍂 Decorating for fall and adding light touches for Christmas (excluding entrance lights) • Placing flags for Memorial Day and the 4th of July More details - contact Shalee Stockstill on Facebook or contact the board via PayHOA "requests" |
